  • Original and photocopy of any valid government-issued ID
  • 2 pieces passport-size ID pictures with white background

Anyone can apply for assessment as long as they:

  • Are at least 15 years old (some qualifications may have higher age requirements)
  • Can communicate in Filipino or English
  • Have the physical and mental capacity to perform the tasks of the qualification
  • For qualifications requiring mandatory training: must have completed training from a TESDA-accredited institution

Assessment fees vary by qualification but typically range from:

  • ₱500 to ₱1,500 for most qualifications
  • Higher for specialized or equipment-intensive qualifications
